VMETRO received order in UK for NOK 10 million

VMETRO asa through its subsidiary in the United Kingdom has received an order from a major UK Defence Aerospace Company. The order worth 10MNOK (approx £1 Million Pounds Sterling) is for VMETRO high-speed VORTEX data recording and innovative storage products coupled with some of the latest embedded computing products using Xilinx FPGA based products. The order will be delivered during 2008 and 2009.

"This is another large order which includes some of VMETRO's high speed data recording and embedded computing products, and shows that these products are being accepted into deployed environments" stated Christian Jebsen, CEO of VMETRO.
